Someway, our time in Lake Placid is flying!? I anticipated it to really feel a bit slower, and perhaps (truthfully) for the times to tug a bit bit. However shade me shocked that whereas there are just a few late-afternoon moments that really feel like a crawl, the remainder of the times really feel quick and full!

We’ve performed within the Ausable River, in a shallow half with numerous rocks and tremendous minimal currents, and likewise explored the Ausable Chasm (it was unbelievable). This weekend is the Lake Placid Ironman, so hundreds of persons are coming to city to compete in or assist the race! We’re excited to be again right here for it and sit up for cheering folks on!

On Friday morning, we woke as much as temperatures within the 50s, which felt like a deal with because it had been sizzling up right here, and this whole weekend can be cooler with a breeze. It feels indulgent to put on a sweatshirt in July and *not* be sweating.
